Testimonials

John was very helpful in explaining my tax situation. I feel more comfortable now and I’m clear on how to proceed. Stephen .

I recently had the pleasure of working with Amelia from EndureGo Accounting for my self-managed superfund returns, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Amelia provided first-class service and displayed exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and expertise made this complex task seem effortless.
I am very happy to recommend EndureGo Accounting, and I especially want to highlight Amelia’s excellent work. If you’re looking for reliable and knowledgeable assistance, then you will be delighted with Amelia.

Good service, friendly staff

John was very thorough and helpful with my tax return. Would definitely recommend.

Very good!!!

Very good experience. Everything was explained well and I received a good tax return. Would recommend.

John and the team are very knowledgeable and work efficiently. I was able to get good advice and consulting on a few topics regarding my tax for big decisions. The team work fast under deadlines and get things done. I found them through google searching and very happy I did. It’s hard to find good accountants that are on your team to help you optimise rather than making it hard and not explaining. Would recommend to anyone.

1 star – They destroyed my business. NEVER use this firm.

Avoid John Cheng!!!!

I hired EndureGo Tax for CGT advice, ATO debt negotiation, bookkeeping and audit help. What a disaster. Their cheap bookkeeping was full of errors, my tax returns and BAS were filed wrong and late, triggering a massive ATO audit. Their “specialists” botched the CGT calculation, missed deadlines, and gave terrible advice that led to huge penalties.
When things went wrong they pushed me into insolvency, which backfired and left me personally liable. I lost my business, my home, and now face over $180k in debt. The team (including John Cheng) went silent and stopped responding.
This so-called specialist CPA firm ruined me financially. Do not use EndureGo Tax. Stay far away.

I’ve had a great experience working with EndureGo Tax. The team is highly professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable when it comes to tax and SMSF matters. They take the time to explain everything clearly, which makes the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What I appreciate most is their attention to detail and proactive approach, they don’t just handle compliance, but also provide valuable guidance to help you make better financial decisions.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy accounting firm.

John is very efficient and understand my needs. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Definitely engage him for any future taxation related services.

John is very efficient and understand my needs. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Definitely engage him for any future taxation related services.

Amelia is a fantastic accountant. She always replies quickly, explains my questions very clearly, and makes complex matters easy to understand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and reliable. Highly recommended.

We went through an ATO audit, which was very stressful at first. EndureGo Tax guided us through the entire process calmly and professionally. They handled the communication with the ATO, prepared the necessary documentation, and represented us properly. The outcome was excellent, and we ended up receiving a very good result. I am extremely grateful for their expertise and support.

We have been using EndureGo Tax as our local Sydney accountant for several years, and the service has always been excellent. The team is professional, responsible, and very attentive to detail. They respond promptly to questions and explain tax matters clearly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and responsive accountant in Sydney.

Havnt had to do my own tax before and these guys were great! Talked me though the whole process, got all the info together for me and then helped making sure everything was submitted and cross checked so if there was any future checks everything was ready and recorded to just hand over.

Honestly saved me a lot of work and stress, and saved me money! Would highly recommend Amelia and her team.

Great job John thanks for helping out with Mase

John, Amelia and Cindy were super helpful. They will be my accountants from now on.

Very good service, fast efficient and professional

Cindy Endurego Accountants has been a great personal tax adviser. My personal & company tax affairs became too complex to manage myself, thanks Cindy was really great - accommodating with time, patient and very helpful in working through a far better result than I could have come up with myself! Very good value for the time, service and beneficial advice.

Good service

Working with this accounting team led by John and Cindy, has been an excellent experience. They are not only friendly and professional but also incredibly timely in their responses. Their expertise in accounting and loan-related matters has been invaluable, and they consistently provide great advice. I highly recommend their services!

John and Amelia were super helpful and professional. I had a tricky capital gains tax situation — my parents bought a property for me to live in back in 2000 when I was an international high school student.

John explained everything really clearly and told me the price upfront. We paid around $20,000 for his service, but it was totally worth it — he helped me save nearly $150,000 in tax.

There were no hidden fees, no surprises — he explained all fee for me, and asked me to sign engagement letter to review and accept which I did, he provided honest, detailed work and very effective. If you have a complicated tax issue, I highly recommend John and the EndureGo Tax team. Great job!

I received a letter from the ATO about income from overseas that I didn’t even know was being reported under CRS. I was really stressed, but John helped me understand the situation and explained my options clearly.

He helped me declare the overseas income properly and avoid penalties. The process was smooth and stress-free. If you have overseas accounts or foreign income, this is the place to go!

I like the service, because he articulated every fee with me, and they are all in the engagement letter which I need to review and accept and sign, there is no hidden fee, I think high quality service should match with higher fee, I definitely like John and his service.

I had no idea how to deal with crypto tax, especially after trading across multiple platforms. John and the team at EndureGo Tax were amazing. They explained how everything works with the ATO and helped me organise my records properly.

What felt like a huge mess became super clear. They really know their stuff when it comes to crypto. I’ll definitely be using them again next tax season. Highly recommend!

EndureGo Tax has been really helpful, especially for us who are living overseas. Good service!

Excellent service good communication
Recommended

John provided insightful and practical tax advise regarding cryptocurrency, selling one side of a newly constructed duplex and tax efficient strategies that I can implement myself. Highly recommended.

They are really friendly and I am satisfied with their service.

Amazing people providing a great service! They went above and beyond for me in one particular instance which I am so grateful for. Thank you 🙏

Though the nature of my job was very small but the service given to me was no different from others.Endurego tax consultants gave me a good service for a very reasonable cost.

Good service and quick reply as always

Good reliable service

John and Ronok are professional, responsive, helpful, and friendly. They have taken time to explain things and assist wherever possible. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend.

Great and fast service for good value!

From start to finish, the team at Endurego is Professional, in all areas, with great attention to detail. Ronok has done a fabulous job in organizing and delivering on several years of returns. I would not hesitate to recommend Endurego for professional Tax accounting.

Very professional and responsive.

I have been pleased with the professional manner which Amelia helped our Business to get the books up to date and provide advice in regards of how to be more efficient, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Ronok was professional and helped me make sure all my previous tax years and current years were lodged correctly up to date. I will be coming back soon for my 23-24 return

they provide thorough and insightful advice, they are customer focused and very helpful with quick turn around times.

Friendly and professional tax agents

When I had to file my tax return, I needed not only a good price, but also insightful advice, because as a sole trader, my tax affair was quite complicated. When Ronny called me for the first time, he gave me so many good tips on the phone, all for free. That was why I decided to let EndureGo handle my case. John was very meticulous when he helped file a long list of my complicated investment, income and business expenses. As it was my first time filing such a complex tax return, I spent a lot of time checking my invoices and very often delayed my response. Cindy and Ron was very patient in contacting me and waiting for me, most importantly encouraging me to complete my tax return in time. I feel very grateful for their help. I hope that next year I will be more efficient in the process, so that I can save all of your time.

Team was friendly and efficient with the taxes. We also used them for help with capital gains exemption, we were advised a price but after we started were then told there was an additional price if it was successful (which it was). Cannot fault thier success, but the full price should have been disclosed at the start. I know it's nitpicking, but the team really struggled to spell our names correctly.

Good service, good communication and good results.

Staff there are very kind and fast with completing taxes

Great service and attention to detail. Thanks Amelia and Ronok.
